Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order at no charge provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order:

• Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for fastest processing
• Contact us via email or phone with your order number
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may use our Refund & Return Policy after delivery

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation of your order:

1. Email us at contact@tailortrend.com with subject "Cancellation Request – [Order Number]"
2. Or call +91 90712 22207 during business hours (Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 8 PM IST)
3. Provide your order number and registered email or phone
4. We will confirm cancellation and initiate refund if payment was already collected

Refund After Cancellation

If you cancel before shipment and payment was already taken:

• Full refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Bank or payment gateway may take additional 3–10 business days to reflect the amount

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• Product unavailable or out of stock
• Pricing or listing error
• Suspected fraudulent or invalid order
• Failure to complete payment or verification
• Shipping address not serviceable

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
